Am I really doing this?!?!

Hi there! My name is Renee. For years I've been hooked on blogs and I have finally decided to start one of my own! The blogs that I follow have been a reflection of whatever stage I happen to be in life. It all started when I was planning my wedding in 2006; blogs about wedding planning were my daily reads. Then in 2007 we found out that we were expecting our first child, so mommy and parenting blogs were my favorites. Life for me right now is all about trying to be the best wife and mother that I can be. I work outside the home full time, and I always aim to do my best while I'm on the clock. Honestly, it can be tough. Now my go-to blogs are about mommyhood, working moms, parenting, and I must admit that I do love me a mommy fashion blog or two :) I'm hoping that this will be a place where I can share the day to day happenings of my little family, as well as connect with some of you. A little about my family... My husband and I have been married for 7 1/2 years. We have two sons, ages 6 and almost 3 (snf, snf - where does the time go?). Our oldest is in kindergarten and is doing incredibly well, even reading at a first grade level! He is an avid learner, as well as a social butterfly. Our litte guy attends a private home daycare with a provider that we love dearly and who loves him. He has recently mastered potty training, which has been lovely! He is also in the thick of the "why" stage. My husband and I both work full time and we approach parenting as a team. Household duties are also split pretty evenly, as well as household expenses.
